You deserve to feel joyful, fulfilled, and nourished every. single. day.

You are a mom, not a martyr.

You are a good mom. Being the mother you want to be isn’t about changing who you are, it’s allowing yourself to become and grow. Everything you want to be for your children, you already are.

What you will get:

  • a detailed workbook

  • a daily exercise delivered right to your mailbox for three days

  • identify your current self care mindset, redefine your definition of a good mother, and learn how to plan self-care into your day

Over three days you will:

Identify your current self care mindset and create a mindset shift statement.

We’re going to take a good, hard look at why you’ve developed the self care mindset you have, what your current beliefs about self care are, and what your perfect day really looks like.

Because before we start planning a self care routine, we need to understand the reason for our current self care habits. Understanding the reason for our habits helps us effectually plan a routine that will stick.

Define your version of a good mom and create a self care menu using the six categories of self care.

My version of a good mom is making all of our meals from scratch (because I love to cook), but your version might be picking up healthy pre-prepared meals. And that’s okay!

It’s time to throw out a one-mom-fits-all approach to motherhood and redefine what being a good mom means to us (not anybody else).

Understanding our habits, defining what we want our motherhood to look like are the stepping stones to the next part of day 2: planning a self care menu.
